This chicken is the best. It's crispy and sweeeeeeet!!!! Yum!!!!! If you are dieting or watching your calories this is not the recipe for you but most of Paula's recipes are not for the dieters!!!! My entire family loved this, even my three year old who is a pretty had to please.

The glaze for this chicken tasted wonderful, however I made a huge batch of it, and served it on the side, rather than pour it on. This recipe really got me thinking about other possible dipping sauces for fried chicken. My family loved it!The recipe was simple, the glaze was quick, and my kids liked dipping their food.

My family loved this! It was relatively easy and absolutly delicious! I had read some previous reviews warning that the sauce was a bit much, so I only used 1/2 of it and the dish came out perfect.

This was the best homemade fried chicken I've ever had! I loved the flavor and crispiness. But, the glaze stole the show! I'm usually not a pecan fan, but it was amazing! The pecans soaked up the sweet taste of the honey and it all blended so wonderfully! I will make the glaze again and again for baked chicken and anything else I can think to put it on! YUM!!!

If you are in the mood for a delicious, soul food entree, this is the recipe for you. Caveat, it is very rich.

I had this dish at The Pirates' House in Savannah and thought it was one of the best fried chicken recipes I have ever had. I am so glad that you are sharing this with us. It is wonderful with traditional southern sides such as green beans and mashed potatoes.
