I made this for a friend that was recouperating from surgery. She raved about it and it was so simple. This is definitely a repeat....next time I will try different ingredients. I am usually responsible for Christmas morning breakfast. I will make several with different variations of the recipe. Thanks, this gives me something different for breakfast or brunch that calls for ingredients that I usually have on hand.

Fabulous. I made a half and half. One side exactly by the recipe. The other side added spinach and mushroom. Also it took about 25 min for the crust. After 15 min covered edge of crust with foil since edges were browning much faster. Poured the quiche into the dish then sprinkled one 1/2 with the chopped spinach and mushroom (squeezed dry of all liquid. Press the spinach into the quiche and bake. It also took 40 minutes. I think I will post a pic to pintrest. Cause it was beautiful :

So, so good! Better than any breakfast casserole I've ever had. We made it exactly as written, but I think you could play with the ingredients a lot. Both the hashbrown crust and the filling took longer to cook than written, but well worth the wait! It was even better warmed up the next day. We will make this a lot.

Made this last year for some friends and they loved it, and are begging me to make it again, so i'm doing so tomorrow. Might add some bacon this time, and make one plain for the vegetarian in the group. Recipe doesn't need any tweaking as written, but as with all recipes, its fun to be creative.

Incredibly good!! The hash brown crust takes a bit longer (maybe it's my oven to bake. But other than that, I followed the recipe exactly the first time and it was simply delicious. Now I substitute whatever I have on hand and it's still awesome. ENJOY!!
