Very good and very easy! I added 2 extra eggs and spinach. My only suggestion is to cook the hashbrown crust longer that written to make sure you get them cruncy brown. Also, cook the entire quiche a few minutes longer to ensure that the eggs cook completely.

My boyfriend that doesn't usually cook made this for me and it came out great even without the ham.

Absolutely divine! I've been using this recipe to rave reviews for 3 years! It's my go-to quiche. A note: my hash brown crust never browns, even when I leave it for close to an hour, so I just cook it until the edges brown. It tastes great regardless.

Very Tasty! I changed a few things up to make it more family friendly. I did use Paula's theme and timing but utilized different ingredients. I used southwest style hash browns as the base to add a little more flavor. Instead of ham, I included cooked off Jenny-O breakfast sausage links, casing removed. I used 1 1/2 cups of egg whites only instead of 3 whole eggs to lighten the dish. I added steamed spinach, and included green onions as the recipe suggests. All I can say is, Wow. This was a great recipe to start with and make it your own. I will definitely make this again.

I love this recipe! I've made this a couple of times now, and I never fail to impress my husband and kids. On both occasions, I didn't have half and half on hand, so I used 1/2 cup of skim milk and 1/2 cup of heavy cream. I also add bacon to my quiche. What I would like to do though, is try to double the recipe, because it only feeds my family for one meal. They're always wanting more!!!

My family absolutely loved it! The most important point that I think was missed in this recipe was that you must SEASON your hash browns when you make the crust. We had to salt the plates before serving to bring it together. The filling was excellent (Searing the ham is a good idea Overall I think this an fabulous dish that you cannot mess up. I will use this recipe often. Making it for my out of town relatives this morning
