Our family loved this - even the kids ate it up. The flavor of the meat is delicious and the combination of the meat and the grilled pineapple was out of this world! This one is a keeper!

I have lived in Hawaii for several years and this recipe is as good as it gets! Can also be done with chicken. Leave it to Paula to do it right! Great for guests and it's simple!
