This was a great Pork Tenderloin recipe and I will definitely make again except with half the salt. It was just a tad to salty for me and especially the kids. Otherwise; good.

Fabulous! We raise a Hog every year, I had a little end of the tenderloin that I saved for a meal for just myself & Hubby. I kept everything true to the recipe, except I added root veggies to my pan(didn't have a rack small enough! during the last hour. 2 days later, pork was still amazing, seasoned all the way through, and very tender! Veggies were amazing!

This dish was absolutely amazing! I used someone's suggestion of adding white wine to the bottom of the roasting pan. It was truly one of the best meals I've ever prepared.

For all the great reviews, I thought this was just average. It was a very easy recipe for a quick dinner.

This was the first recipe of Paula's that I had ever tried to make. It was so good. Now I cook right along with her in my kitchen. Thank God for DVR's.

This recipe was super easy and full of flavor! I did adjust the cooking time because my roast was only 1.5 lbs. I cooked it at 475F for 15min and 350F for 25 minutes. I probably could have reduced the time even further, but the meat was still moist and tender. I also adjusted the amount of rub that I made because my loin was so small, but I kept the proportions the same. Deeeeeelicious!

Don't get me wrong, I love Paula Deen but this recipe needs adjusting for a pork tenderloin.

I tried it last night: Too salty (and I'm a salt lover so usualy reduce salting to match family's tastes. Herb combo would have been terrific without all the salt. Will try it again without as much salt.

Done in 35 minutes at 475 in a normal oven. Would have been shoe leather according to recipe. Pork tenderloins in the store are small thin pieces of meat so cook fast. Maybe the editor meant pork loin roast instead?

This was so easy and so delicious. Nothing like having a cut of meat in your fridge and wondering what to do for dinner. Simple ingredients, everything is in the pantry and it was quick and easy. I only had to cook it for 30 minutes in my convection oven. I'm going to make it again when family comes to stay.
