This is the same recipe that Hidden Valley Ranch came out with years ago using oyster crackers. Always a hit at parties or just for snacking.

These crackers were a big hit with all of our neighbors and family. Instead of doing cookies for the holidays last year, we put the crackers in the holiday tins. It was something different and everyone asked us for the recipe. It went over great and was super easy compared to baking cookies! My only complaint would be that the crackers remain a little too greasy from the oil.

This was very good and easy. I took a different step with it on 2nd time around. I put everything in a brown paper bag (like from grocery. Left on counter and everytime I went by it I shook the bag. It coated the crackers, but the bag absorbed the excess oil.
