Easy to impress with something so easy to make! Would never have thought of marinating crackers but these really work--were not soggy at all. It suggests to marinate at least 24 hours--flavored oil then infuses the crackers instead of just lying on top. They were even better the following day!

These are super simple and are a great snack. We took them to the park and nibbled on them while listening to the local symphony.

These are the best things to take to a party. I take these everywhere and someone always wants the recipe. They were a big hit all through the summer at parties, and now during hunting season and the holidays.

It was way too salty for me, but my roommate thought the garlic was great.

It was a good snack but I think next time I will use half of the oil called for in the recipe because it was still quite oily after 24 hours.

This was very easy & quick to make! Very hard to wait 24 hours to eat...we began eating after i made them....then put them in fridge for later. Great snack during football games!
