I give up on this one.

Rated: 2 stars out of 5
I have tried this twice. Personally, I don't think the taste is exceptional. And they are very difficultto make for being... store bought cookies. I have tried several different batches to see if I could get them like Paula's and appearance wise they just don't stack up. Not worth the effort. Will stick to Paula's homemade stuff. Read more

    Yummy, but they broke!

Rated: 4 stars out of 5
These cookies were delicious, I used fudge- filled cookies instead of the mints ones and it tasted spectacular. The only... thing was that when I went to put them in a box the edges broke around the cookie...devastating! But kudos for the taste!Read more

    what a mess!

Rated: 1 stars out of 5
i made these exactly as directed. they tripled in size in the oven and got very thin and partilally dripped onto the oven... floor creating a smell and mess to clean up! i was very disappointed since they looked nothing like the TV version. i had to toss the whole thing.Read more

    Husband Pleaser

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
I made these Cookies for my Wonderful Husband who has to have a little sweetness before bed.I followed the directions Miss... Paula gave when I watched this episode but instead of using a mint cookie to fill the center I used a piece of homemade chocolate walnut fudge and they turned out so good. I know these are just slice and bake but hey are easy and quick,And my Northern Husband keeps asking me to make him more Wonderful Southern Dishes and Deserts. Rated: 5 stars out of 5
Thanks for this easy last minute cookie. My husband and his family just loved them and went on and on. A few that I did... not cut the sugar cookie dough as thin did spread a bit more but none are bigger that what you showed on the show. Read more

    I'll stick to homemade!!!!!

Rated: 2 stars out of 5
I watched Paula with this recipe and thought it would really be easy! Well, no thank you - the cookies turned out terrible.... I am not a big fan of store bought cookies so that was a mistake in the beginning...then after I put the cookie in the middle and it baked....it just got worse. Sorry, Paula.....I love your recipes....but I'll stick to my homemade cookies.Read more
