The cookies tasted amazing, however weren't the prettiest to look at. I followed the recipe precisely and even repeated it to make sure I wasn't doing something wrong, but each time I tried the dough spread out too much while baking and ended up looking like mint puddles on the cookie tray.

I have sever arthritis in my hands,shoulders and back.I thought my family would miss out on cookies at the holidays.but these where so easy and great tasting.Everybody helped to make these.Thank you.

I love this cookie. It's so easy to make. I actually took the basic idea and changed the center since my husband doesn't like mint. Instead I used Raspberry preserves. It worked perfectly. All my guests during the holidays absolutely LOVED them!! Next time I'm going to try adding some sprinkles to the top. What a great cookie and perfect for busy moms.

I made these quick and easy cookies as part of my holiday baking this year. They were so easy to make and the family loved them. I will definitely make them again.

great to make with my 4 year old grandaughter. everybody enjoyed them and wanted to know how i got the mint in there.

These were a big hit with my family this christmas. iIagree they don't look very pretty out of the oven,so I melted some chocolate chips and drizzled it over the top.That definitely dressed them up.Will certainly be making these again.

Normally, I love Paula's recipes. I was not impressed with this one, the cookies spread out a lot and I didnt like the flavor combination.

Maybe I misunderstood the recipe or the instructions but these cookies didn't turn out well. They did not look appetizing and they were a challenge to make. Flavor was ok.

Very good!! I really liked this cookie. It was great having the surprise inside. I recommend doubling the recipe, mind only made 12 cookies. You will want many more.
