    Hobo Bugers

These are delicious! We have them often and experiment with the cheese using what ever is left over in the fridge. (I... prefer using Cheddar) They do take a little longer than stated, but well worth it. The bacon does not get crispy in the foil, so you may want to open the foil packets and turn on the broiler for the last couple of minutes. Read more

    Very good

Rated: 4 stars out of 5
First time I made this dinner I wasn't sure what type of cheese to use so I used Parmesean. Bad choice next time I will use... Pepper Jack. This does take about 1 hour to cook and I will put the carrots on the side next time I make this since they did not cook all the way. But very tasty and very easy to make.Read more

I have made this recipe many times. While visiting in Florida 4 years ago, I made this for a group of friends and family. ... Everyone loved them. I have sent this recipe out to many of my friends and relatives and I can only give thanks to Paula for this fantastic recipe. Thanks Paula......in fact, I am making them as we speak. The house smells sooooo good when they are baking. This one is a must to try.Read more
