I though this was a wonderful recipe. This was like a twist to the hamburger.

The burgers came out fine and were very tasty, but the veggies needed way more than the 45 minutes advised in the recipe. I made another foil envelope with extra veggies and they cooked well in 45 minutes. I don't understand why the one's with the hamburgers didn't??

i have made this many times and it is always delicious and easy to prepare. i sometimes use ground turkey instead of beef, and russet potatoes when i don't have red ones. i do everything the night before or the morning of so when i get home i just put it in the oven. I always get rave reviews! thanks again
paula. you're the best. i also add mrs dash tabletop sseasoning to the meat sometimes for even more added flavor. I loved meeting you in savannah last year at your restaurant. I have the picture framed in my kitchen.

I have used this recipe quiet a few times, and I can honestly say that this is my Husband's favorite meal. In fact when I cook the hobo burgers I have to make extras for my neighbors that like to come over and eat them. I doubled the recipe and fixed a meal for me whole family once and everyone raved about them. They are a little time consuming to make but not complicated and well worth it! I would suggest however to cook for a full hour to make sure that the veggies do not come out hard.

These burgers were a hit with my family. My husban especially liked them and even went back for seconds. It even impressed my four year old.

My husband, the kids, and I loved this recipe! The only complain they had is that they didn't have more room in their tummies to have more! Thanks Paula!

I saw the show and thought they would be so good. My husband had never even heard of a Hobo dinner so he was sceptical when I was making it. He loved it thought and wanted to make sure it was one to add to my recipe box.

I was skeptical at first. I have had numerous people tell me that my hamburgers stink. I looked on line and this recipe by Paula looked scrumptious. I loved the lime and cracker crumbs coming together. These two ingredients gave the ground beef an extra kick. Thanks again Paula. This recipe was easy to make. The only word of caution is that the beef cooks really fast.
