This isnt a good dish. It is very greasy, probably form the bacon. Also it doesnt get done wothin the cooking time. What a waste of time and ingredients!!!!

it was yummy and easy to make. make sure you slice the potatoes thinnly though. my potatoes didn't cook all the way though.

Very tasty and moist.. The size of the burgers actually had my husband thinking there was no way he could eat it all in one sitting. But he did and he loved every bite of it...This dish would be a hit anytime of year!

I cooked these last night for my family. I think I made the burgers a little too big so they had to cook in the oven about 25 minutes longer. Family thought they were delicious! Carrots and potatos were fantastic!

These were better then I thought they were going to be. A couple of things:
Don't get as tin foil happy as Paula did. For me, I was glad I had the double sheet of foil because I only used 75% lean meat which was quite greasy, but the top only needs one sheet. If you insist on using two, turn up the oven a bit.
Also for me, 2 spoonfuls of the house seasoning was enough. I don't know what others used, but it was plenty for me.
