This was fast and easy, but I omitted the carrots. Kids didn't like. I liked the change of pace from regular hamburgers.

It was easy and fun to do. My family especially the kids loved to eat them, no left overs in this house.

I remember making this when i was a Girl Scout and it brought back so many memories of friends and good times. Not to mention that it was quick and easy and I made several and stuck them in the freezer for those nights when I don't have a lot of time to cook.

Everything turned out wonderfully. Nothing was under or overcooked. Had great flavor. My husband and I loved them, and will definitely make them again!

Our Girl Scout troop made these Hobo Burgers and we loved them so much that several of us still make them today. We cooked them on a campfire in Girl Scouts but they are easily adopted to oven cooking.

I really enjoyed the Hobo Hamburgers. I thought it was an interesting recipe and alot of fun to make. I used ground turkey which made the burgers really flavorful. The mixture of the vegetables and the meat was wonderful. And, the house seasoning is spectacular. I use it all the time.

I can't seem to get this right. The first time the vegetables were hard and very undercooked and the meat was overdone. The second time I microwaved the vegetables beforehand and then cooked the packet over a campfire. The result was a burned hamburger and soft vegetables.
I will keep trying!

EASY TO MAKE. MY 2 YR OLD LOVED EM' AND WE DID TOO. WE DID,HOWEVER,MAKE THE MISTAKE BY COOKING ON TOO HIGH OF HEAT ON THE BBQ. SO BE SURE TO COOK ON A LOW-MED HEAT WHEN BBQ'ING. OTHER THAN THAT, FABULOUS!
