My daughter made these and we all thought they were quite tasty. Anything with a easy clean-up is good.

I probably didn't do this recipe justice, as I only used the "patty" part, but the patty tasted like a slice of meatloaf. Seemed a waste of perfectly good ground hamburger.

I even do this same recipe with ground chicken and ground turkey. Everyone loves it. Hope you'll try it.

We made these on a camping trip and they were a huge hit! No clean-up, no mess and your entire meal in one package.

They were very good, but it was more like meatloaf than hamburgers. Great for an evening meal, but not so ideal for a barbeque.

I made these for my husband, and he loved them! A great alternative for plain old hamburgers and so simple and easy. The potatoes get really tender. I used Vidalia onions. They were so sweet on top of the hamburgers. Thanks Paula! What a great idea!

This recipe tasted outstanding but the potatoes and carrots didn't cook all the way through so I had to cook it a little bit longer in addition to broiling the bacon. It was still outstanding and my toddler even asked for seconds! Thanks Paula for a fantastic, easy, wonderful meal!
