Like previous reviews I added more liquid. I added about a cup to cup and half more liquid. I didn't have broth so I used water and beef seasoning. Plus, I added basil, salt and pepper. I also used orzo pasta. Basically it such a great recipe that you can play around with the ingredients and still get an awesome rice a roni side dish.

So good and quick & easy too. Definitely use more liquid than what the recipe calls for; I used 2.5 cups of broth total. Wow, I think this is the first Paula Deen recipe I've seen that doesn't call for butter! I actually spooned in a little butter at the end and it was perfect. I will definitely be making this again.

Super easy! I added a few more spices (pepper, basil, salt, but over all it was really good. I think the prepared ones from the store just have too much preservatives and sodium in them, this will definately be added to my recipes!

At least it doesn't have a pound of butter, a cup of mayonnaise, a pound of cheese and a pint of heavy cream which most of Paula's recipe have. No one should be eating like that.
