    Oh My Goodness!!

I have had some bad experiences making salsa in the past...it either was too vinegary or just awful and wasn't worth my time... or money to attempt trying it again. But my husband loves homemade salsa so I looked for an easy recipe to try. This one is amazing and I will not even attempt trying any other...this one is perfect. It is kid-friendly also because it is not too hot. I made two batches for my family and both were completely gone in one day! That is definitely a testament to how good this turned out because they really can be pretty picky.Read more

Pretty good for canned tomato salsa

I punched this up by adding some fresh cilantro and jalapenos. Pretty tasty considering I used canned tomatoes. Would be even... better with fresh tomatoes. Very easy to throw together.Read more

Paula also added Guacamole, Mango, Pineapple tidbits, black beans and red onion. As far as amounts go, I "eyed" those.... Reminiscent of my mother.. :-) In mine, I omitted the white onion from the original recipe and didn't include the mango. This turned out to be a favorite amongst the guys I made it for. Served it with baked Tostito scoops.Read more
