This is amazing. This even got teenage boys eating and raving about the green beans. I probably didn't cook them the full 10 minutes after blanching- used high heat and cooked them very quickly so they didn't get soggy. The sauce is amazing! Perfect balance of sweet and tart. Love it!

This recipe gets a TOTAL and BIG thumbs down. I followed it to a "T" and the beans were soggy, not crisp and I found the balance of ingredients way to far off the boat. This one gets ripped up, then shredded, then thrown in the trash for the garbage man. Sorry Paula, you have missed on this one.

I have made these 3 times in the past 2 weeks for my family that "hates" green beans. My 5 yr old nephew asked for seconds tonight. He never asks for more of anything, especially not the vegetable! My sister (who caims to dislike balsamic vinegar and green beans tried them and ate all the leftovers for lunch the next day.

Too sweet and too much cooking time - I like my green beans with some snap left in them. Surprised everyone raved.

Delish! I did everything as directed except I totally forgot the onion powder. It was still good but next time I'll remember to add it.
