I substituted a recipe recommended by someone at out local Whole Foods market to fry the wingettes using buttermilk which turned out perfect. However, I had seen Paula coat her wings on T.V. with the butter & hot sauce warmed together. Absolutely perfect. I'm sure for those who prefer even spicier wings, the ratio of hot sauce to butter could be changed easily enough. Only bad thing about making great wings......it becomes my job at every football party!

As usual, Paula gave me a simple, yet professional recipe for my friends and family. Everyone raved about the perfect "hotness" of the wings. Just hot enough, but not too hot. Thanks.

Easy and delicious and so easy to adjust the heat for varying tastes. Much better than any purchased wings that I have tried. This one was a huge hit at the Superbowl Party. Thanks Paula!

My whole family loved this! I used Franks Red Hot Sauce and it was perfect, not too spicy, yet enough heat to make the macho men happy!
