This is the best chicken salad recipe I've come across in a long time! My family loves it hot or cold. It's great to take to pot luck dinners, and family gatherings.

this will be on my repeat often list. instead of chips, i put extra cheese on the top. the almonds give it a really neat crunch. since i'm a low-carber, this works out well with my lifestyle. i added some celery seed too.... thank you paula! another winner!!!

Perfect for when you're exhausted after a long day but want something real to eat. I sub'd garlic-caesar flavored sliced almonds for plain slivered and topped w/italian bread crumbs instead of chips. Yum and so quick!

We just had this for dinner tonight, and it was wonderful. I actually prepared it several days ago and baked it as directed, let it cool, and then wrapped it well and froze it. I have prepared it with both lowfat plain yogurt and lowfat mayo. Although I don't like mayo normally, it is the better choice for this recipe.

This recipe was easy to make, but lacked flavor. Could be because I subbed cream cheese for 1/2 of the mayo.

I love hot chicken salad! I have a few suggestions to make it even better: instead of using crushed potato chips, try crushed corn flakes! It still adds that great crunchy experience and does not add any excess oils. Also I love to add water chestnuts for an extra crunch.
