    I was really skeptical about this recipe and so was my family but after one bite we were all amazed at how delicious it was!!! Really easy and so so good!

    This was easy to make and extremely yummy. Used blue corn chips instead of potato chips. My hubby loved it!!!

    My fiancee is not that picky, but when I mentioned a hot chicken salad instead of a cold one he kind of turned his nose to the idea. I made it any way and he loved it as did I. It is perfect for a summer evening meal that you dont want something real heavy but you want something that will fill you up. Thanks Paula and keep giving me great ideas for dinner.

    I loved this dish...mainly cause I adore chicken salda. I was easy to make and my fiance and I adored it. I did change some things however. There was too much mayo for me so I cut the mayo by 1/3 and added a little low fat swiss cheese. I am not a fan of celery and in my chicken salad dishes I always like a little sweet tang. To provide this dish with a little tang I used dried cranraisins. It was great!!
