This recipe was so easy to make. Absolutely delicious. The fresh lemon juice, mayonnaise, cheese, and everything else was such a perfect combination. I ended up using only an 8x8 dish though, not the larger one the recipe calls for. Enjoy!

I think this recipe would be good for a bridal/baby shower or some sort of pot luck function (although you'd have to double the recipe. I made it for a Sunday night supper. Tasty but salty so use the salted chips sparingly

This recipe is good, but I doubled the recipe and was only able to get 1 - 9x11 pan and a small amount left over.

This is a very tasty casserole... perfect for a weeknight. All my four kids agreed it was worthy of a future repeat. Thanks for the great recipe.

After reading the reviews I decided to use a little less mayo (used 3/4 cup and my husband and I loved it. I will definitely be making this again.

This is just so easy and so good. I wasn't expecting the flavors I was tasting. This makes a terrific cold chicken salad for sandwiches as well. My husband begs for this dish!

A neighbor brought this dish to my home last week when many relatives were here. Everyone absolutely loved it and requested her recipe. It's a keeper. Thanks, Paula.

This is not as "mayonnaisey" if you add an extra half-cup of celery, and a tablespoon or so of finely chopped onion. The salt is not needed with all the mayo, cheese, and chips. Also, adding a teaspoon or two of lemon zest and toasting the almonds first is an improvement. Just made this last night for the ladies at church, and it was gone in no time!
