This is a wonderful, easy recipe that the whole family will love!! Even my 14 month old likes it! I made cold chicken salad all the time, and this is a nice change of pace. The chips on top are a neat little addition.

I love Paula to death but this was tasteless. I even tried the scallion trick, but that didn't make it any better. Sorry Paula!

This dish is very simple and very quick, but I found it to be too sour and it took away the chicken salad flavor we all know and love.Even so I love Paula Deen and I can't wait to make more of her dishes. Just my thought..

Tried this with some leftover chicken, and found it to have too much mayo. I should have read the other reviews first. It was a bit bland, I think it could have used a little kick of flavor from something else. Maybe I'll try the fried onion rings for a topping, and a little onion inside next time. I'll definitely cut the may down to 3/4 or 1/2 a cup next time.

The hardest part of this recipe is chopping the chicken.

Cooked this recipe for my wife (the teacher that never gets home before 6 PM and she was very impressed that it was so wonderful. Made me heat up as leftovers for the next evening also.
Now she is taking the recipe to 2 other teachers, maybe their husbands will do the cooking also.
Thanks - another keeper from Paula Dean (are there any that are not keepers?

I was so excited to try this recipe. However, when we ate dinner the meal was not what I expected. It was way too greasy, a little salty, and not at all good for you. Probably will not make this one again.
