This is a great recipe but if you do not like or need the potato chips use
plain cornflakes cereal.I have been making a recipe like this for years and the cornflakes are even better than the potato chips. Thanks for your great recipes Paula and keep up the good work!

A friend made this for a party I went to this weekend. As soon as I tasted it and she said she got it off a website, I knew it had to be a Paula Deen recipe!!! Very creamy dish, and the lemon juice in it perks it on up. I'm actually making it for dinner tonight. I expect it will be all gone tonight :

This chicken salad is quick and easy to make and tastes delicious! It is a little on the salty side, but it's definately not too salty. Great served alone or on toasted bread as a sandwich.

This recipe would be okay if you need to use up leftover chicken--I wouldn't make chicken just to make this. The almonds where good in it but I would cut back on the potato chips.

My husband thought it was too salty--I would use low salt chips or keep it out of the chicken---but it was fantastic, easy and a great way to use left over chicken! You go Paula!

All I can say is YUM! Don't think that it would serve 8-10 though....Used sour cream and onion chips on top...Used monterey jack with peppers and overall it is a delicious casserole!
