This recipe is fantastic! My family gobbled it up in one sitting. I used a 9x12 pan and added approx. 1/4 cup of onions. It came out perfectly - a definite keeper!

This was absolutely delicious! I added a little onion, it was so simple to make. I will definitely make on a regular basis. Thanks Paula

This is a really quick and easy way to use up some leftover chicken. It only takes about 30 minutes from start to finish and tastes really good. I added about a 1/4 cup onions to give it a little extra punch. Also, I used a 12x12" pan because the recipe barely seemed to cover a 9x13 like Paula used. I definately recommend this recipe.
