I notice that all of the people that "loved" this recipe also made changes to it. For me, made per directions, it was too dry.

this i s the best spinach dip you can ever make. If know the spinach dip from Houstons??? well this is it... I added some fresh minced garlic and added the cheese into the mixture.. I also accidentally purchased monterey cheese and it was still out of this world...

I also used more sour cream because as I mixed it seemed a little dry

I substituted 12 oz cream cheese for the mayonnaise as I'm allergic to eggs. Added 1 TBSP fresh lemon juice, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1/2 small onion minced, 1 tsp fresh ground white pepper and this dip rocked!! Made it for a graduation party, doubled the recipe -- and it was gone in one hour!

Yummy! I added about a tablespoon of lemon juice, a teaspoon of garlic powder, half a teaspoon of onion powder, and a sprinkling of salt and pepper to the mix. Instead of Pepper Jack I used an Italian cheese blend that I had on hand. My daughter is difficult to please, and she ate it right up.

A friend used this recipe for a party she was hosting and it was great. She added a few red pepper flakes because she loves things spicy and it was good. It wasn't overpowering at all. I will definately use this recipe.

Remarkable! I love this recipe so much! I made it yesterday with my mom and we both loved the taste. Thanks!! We will be making this again on my dad’s birthday. Hope he likes it! We also tried the recipes at gourmandia and gourmetrecipe and the outcome turned what we imagined, the cuisines are mouth-watering. Take time to glance those sites for more interesting recipes.
