    this was easy to make and quite tasty. i placed it in a gratin dish for beautiful presentation. i may add a little cayenne next time for a "kick". at a party i attended, another spinach-artichoke dip was served that didn't even come close (too oily!

    I made this for my sister's wedding shower. All of it was eaten and at least 10 people wanted the recipe. It was so successful and easy we are going to serve it at the wedding!

    My family is a huge fan of artichokes, which is something that we can usually get even our picky eaters to eat. This dip was great! We tried it with tortilla chips, fresh carrots and ritz crackers! I added a little bit of fresh red pepper for color and this turned out great! We will be making this a lot in the future.
