Few ingredients and so full of flavor. I used asiago instead of pepper jack for an Italian flair and served it with fresh whole wheat crostini's.....will definetly make this again.

I made this dip over the weekend and we could barely believe how incredibly delicious it is! If you like Houston's Spinach and Artichoke Dip, then you'll absolutely love this!

I made this recipe for a church group gettogether and people were scraping the bottom of my crockpot, huge hit. I didn't have any pepper jack cheese on hand, but it was just as good with cheddar cheese. I used my crockpot on low setting to keep it warm once it came out of the oven. Worked great.

What fun! You can use alot of different stuff for this recipe! Hot peppers, olives, broccolli, just use your imagination. Yum!

I could eat this dip with a spoon. Hot or cold it is great.
