DELICIOUS! I make this for my family and for get togethers and it never dissapoints. The recipe is easy and you can add ingredients that only makes this dish better. There is never a morsel left when ive brought it to a party.

I made this last night for a Halloween party and it was a huge hit. I added some aged sharp cheddar and 6 oz cream cheese.

I have been making this for a few years now and my family loves it very much. I do only use 1 can of artichoke hearts though. But it has become a football and holiday staple.

The dip was just alright. It's the first time I've attempted to make spinach dip. Next time, these are the adjustments I'm going to make: less artichokes, more spinach, cream cheese instead of the mayo (it was not thick enough, and I will add tomatoes.

Loved it.
It did make alot, so consider cutting the recipe in half. However I woke up the next day and the first thing I went to was the dip. I finished it off myself.
Next time I think I'll add a can of original or mild Rotel.
My only complaint was those artichoke are $4 a can so it ended up being a pretty pricey dip.

Made this dip last night and served with naked pita chips. Our friends raved over it. All requested the recipe and said it was the best spinach and artichoke dip they had tried. I did substitute co-jack cheese on the top rather than pepper jack. Didn't want it to be too hot. Also make a nice size recipe to share with many. Definitely recommend, especially for those who really love artichoke hearts...plenty in this recipe!

Fabulous! I have made this several times and I am always asked for the recipe. Perfect amount of heat. For those of you that do not like artichokes you do not have to use them in this recipe it is still great!!!! Tina
