Oh em gee. These wings were awesome. I didn't have any bottled beer so I had to use a can. Next time, I'll definitely use a bottle, though.

This is the best Hot Wing recipe that I have ever found. Everyone who has tried them enjoyed the wings. I didn't have serrano peppers, so I used habeneros.

These wings are the best! My husband is the recipe "fixer", and he could find NOTHING to add or take away from these. We had company for dinner and served these. I didn't mix the heated sauce with the wings, I just put the sauce in a side dish and they could put on as much or as little as they liked. They were enjoyed by all! Thanks for so many great recipes!

I was actually quite surprised these weren?t hotter. I have a good tolerance for heat and this will make your lips sting but definitely not as hot as I thought it would/could be. I made a couple changes up front as well. First I wasn't making a ton (I made 16 wings so I cut the overall recipe in half. I added a Habanero and a 2 tablespoons of the Neely rub (I have become a huge fan of it. I marinated for 24 hours and grilled them then tossed in the warmed up sauce that I brought to a boil then reduced the heat to low. Overall it is a very good wing recipe. Next time I will use 2-4 Habaneros and maybe 3 tbl of the cayenne pepper.

I was actually surprised that the wings weren't hotter but then again I love spicy food. Everyone loved the flavor!

I made this recipe and used it not only as a marinade for my chicken wings but used it to make hamburgers the next night. Then I had leftover hamburger mixture so I made tacos for lunch the next day. Easy to make (just throw it all into he blender and exteremly useful!

Excellent wings. They burn your lips but you can't stop eating them. LOL. The manly men love these at my party :. One thing though, I didn't like the frying part, next time, I will try to bake them instead because the oil splatter all over because of the marinate.
