Just finished this for dinner and it was great. Followed recipe as is and fed 3 people just fine. A fight was started to see who got the leftovers for work lunch.

Doubled the recipe (for my first attempt because I had so much chicken leftover. Thought I would have lots of leftovers...NONE left! It was a big hit. Will make this again. Think it would be a beautiful dish to take to a carry-in dinner. Thanks Paula!!!!!

I REALLY enjoyed this dish. I omitted the eggs (ilk that just sounds nasty instead I peeled and diced 2 meduim sized potatoes. I also boiled the potatoes with the carrots for about 5 minutes to soften them up a bit. I also had to bake this for an additional 15 minutes because the top was not browning. I did not use 1 whole stick of butter, I only used half. Very good! Will be making again soon! Even My picky 7 year old even enjoyed it!

This was a very easy and delicious recipe, my whole family loved it. I omitted the eggs added about half a cup extra broth and added fresh mushrooms and a mix of frozen veggies it was wonderful. I would definitely recommend it and will make it again! I did have to cook it longer about twice the time it asked for to get that nice golden brown color.

Get in my mouth AWESOME!!!!!! I just added some extra veggies, and put a little butter on the top about five minutes before it was done! Was a big hit at my house.

This was a big hit with the whole family, but I'd suggest making some changes though. Number one being cooking it longer, I cooked it for five minutes longer then it said and the 'crust' was still doughy underneath. I'd cook it ten to fifteen minutes more then suggested. I also left out the hard boiled eggsm the very idea just grossed me out. I used more veggies too, broccoli and celery, and about half a cup more of the chicken broth (the lower sodium chicken broth and added some spices; garlic and onion powder, and I spiced the chicken before i cooked it. Also, instead of a whole stick of butter a melted about three table spoons butter, pulled it out five minutes before it was done and just brushed it over the top of the crust instead of doing like instructed and using a whole stick. The idea of using that much butter just struck me as horribly unhealthy!

I had the ingredients on hand, so I thought I'd give it a shot. Turns out I didn't have cream of chicken soup and used mushroom with garlic soup instead. I forgot to grease the casserole, but the stick of butter must have made up for it. We all thought it was yummy and filling. I hate to think what the calorie count is. ;

This was super easy to make and very delicious! My kids loved it. I probably added more chicken than called for, but still it was great! Try it, you'll love it!
