My wife and I loved this recipe! Not only was it quick but, it was very tasty. I left out the eggs like everyone else, and I added a few cups of hash brown potatos to help thicken it as well as for taste. I have made many other chicken pot pie recipes and this one beats them all!

everyone in the family LOVES this one. it is so easy that i so don't mind when they tell me that is what they want for dinner (especially if i have left over chicken. i bet this would be good with other meats other then chicken.

This was very easy to make. A little time consuming, but worth it. Instead the biscuit mix, I used already made pie crust, that way it wasn't too thick and clumpy.

This was easily converted into a five star by cooking the carrots (and onions and celery in a little olive oil and thyme prior to adding. I also left out the egg and cut the butter in half. Tossed in a few frozen kernels of corn, too. Yummy!! Everyone said it's not only a keeper, but want it to be a regular.

I never would have thought to put hard-boiled eggs in a chicken pot pie recipe...but I did and it turned out delicious! My only caution to this recipe is that it overflowed the caserole dish. Next time, I would use a little less chicken broth (the bottom was a little runny and a little less biscuit mixture. Definitely place on a baking sheet in the oven. Enjoy!

Like almost everyone else, I skipped the eggs, but I added a cooked, diced potato with the peas/carrots and only 1/2 cup chicken broth with the can of cream of chicken soup. Also spiced up the blandness a bit with about half a teaspoon of thyme. Also reduced the liquid by half for the biscuit mix and 3 tbsp. of melted butter for the top was plenty!Cooking time was at least 45 minutes! The kids loved it, this is a great winter comfort food!

This is a very good AND EASY recipe! I tweaked it a bit. I left out the eggs, because my husband will not eat hard boiled eggs and frankly, that sounded weird in a pot pie. I added those pre-cooked, cubed Simply Potatoes (2 cups - I like potatoes. I used the heart healthy Bisquick, and cut the butter way down. I used a frozen peas and carrots mix. Next time I might try frozen mixed vegetables.
