    This cake is easy and was a big hit at my neighborhood grill-out. Everyone got a kick out of the name so they had to try it. It was really moist and the longer it set the better it tasted! The only change I made was that I didn't put the coconut on top. It was wonderful!

    My mother in law loved this cake. If she had had this recipe 40-60 years ago, she might not have had 10 kids.....

    I made this for a birthday a week ago, and it was such a hit, everyone is requesting it again right away! I was also concerned about the amount of liquid going into the cake at first, however mine did not turn out sloppy at all. Next time I make it I will put it in the fridge overnight before putting the topping on it, that really helps keep it from being to soft. Thanks to Paula, I love your show!!!
