I made this soup for my grandma. Turned out, she didn't like it because, like what she said, "she's not into italian" but I love it so much. I ate all of it.

This was my first time ever making a soup and it turned out great! It was so easy and very delicious. I loved the zuchini and could really taste the italian seasonings. Definintely will be making this again soon!

My husband and I love this soup. I usually use regular diced tomatoes and fresh garlic and herbs as that is what I usually have on hand. We have even made this with frozen meatballs and it is just as delicious! Thanks, Paula.

Tried this recipe when my hubby was on a low carb diet and I've been making it since. Even my 3 boys love it. Add fresh spinach on occasion to sneak in another veggie. Also made it for a winter family gathering and handed out the recipe to my extended family. Glad it's getting colder again so we can start having it more often.

Everybody that tries it, wants this recipe! I made a pot and took some to work, it was a hit! This recipe is passing hands quicker than a get rich quick chainletter! Our photocopy machine is still smokin! Way to go Paula! My wife and I enjoy the show! Thanks for a GREAT recipe! Greg D.

This is one of my favorite soups to make. My husband isn't such a fan (he says it tastes good, but the canned tomatoes give him heart burn, but that just means more for me. I substitute plain tomatoes and then add chopped garlic (when I cook the carrots & onions and then the other herbs when I add the liquid ingredients. I also like to add some pasta (cook it al dente first about 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time. I've always got some of this in the freezer for a quick lunch because it re-heats so well.

I tried this recipe with some leftover turkey instead of the chicken and it was simply delicious, my husband loved it and took some for lunch the next day! I did not have the diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, so I used the regular diced tomatoes and my own herbs and it was absolutey delicious! I highly recommend this recipe, especially on a cold winter day!
