surprisingly flavorful for how simple it is! usually i find that soup is bland until it's been sitting in the fridge for a day but even as soon as i made it, it was so delicious! my boyfriend loved it, despite it being so healthy. i plan to make this as a double batch next time so i have more leftovers! i added minced garlic (3 small cloves after the onion as a review suggested and 3 stalks of celery.

This soup is sooo good! Paula Deen never disappoints! My whole family of five loved the soup and had seconds! I love how the soup is very good for us too! I followed the exact recipe and it is perfect! I wouldn't change anything about it!

Seasoned the chicken with salt before browning. Added finely diced sweet peppers (red, green, and yellow, garlic, and celery with the onion. Only tweak I would make next time is to dice the zucchini more finely. I also might substitute boneless, skinless thighs for the breasts. It was super tasty and wonderfully easy, especially after a long day at work.

Excellent! I added some celery and garlic just because I'm a big fan of the garlic and celery seems to make almost every soup or stew tastier.
