This is an easy and delicious soup recipe. I used a pkg of matchstick carrots as a shortcut instead of slicing up carrots on my own. I also added a lot more chicken broth so that I could add some whole grain elbow macaroni. It is delicious and filling and has become a much requested favorite. Thanks Paula!!

This soup was perfect for a cold winter night! You can easily adapt the recipe to whatever veggies you have on hand. I also used fat free chicken broth becuase that's all I had, and thought it was just fine.

I made this great chicken-vegetable soup recipe a couple days ago and have been enjoying it ever since! So tasty, so good for you and so easy to put together. I added a little celery and 2 cloves of garlic with the vegetables and otherwise followed the recipe. The flavors are clean and simple, the tomatoes add a wonderful sweetness. It's really good with a salad or sandwich and I will make it again very soon.

I just got this recipe a few weeks ago and have already made it 4 times!!! We absolutely love it and it's so easy! I added extra salt, pepper, oregano, basil and garlic. Be careful not to use fat free chicken broth..I think it makes all the difference!

This works in any large pot you might have, its a great place to start and add your own favorites, I added shrimp at the end of cooking time along with some spicy Italian sausage that had been cooked seperately at the beginning of the process, also added some sliced fennel to the carrots and onions, it was mighty tasty.

I used 2 boneless, skinless thighs and 2 boneless, skinless breast. Also added a pinch of sodium free granulated chicken broth. It was so good we ate it 3 days in a row. P.S. I recommend some freshly grated Parmasan on your individual servings. Bill Landers, Soperton, GA
