I've made these twice and loved them. However mine arn't stiff and crunchy like Paula's are in the video. I used grated parmesean instead of powdered I wonder if that's why. Either way their great and easy.

Very easy. Not your everyday bland chicken strips.

We love the food network.com in my family. My brother actually made these 1 night from this recipe and bragged about how good they were, so I decided to make them as well and have now found a new addition to my families menu! Super easy & scrumptious recipe. Highly recommend!

I fixed these for my husband and we LOVED them! We dipped them into pizza sauce instead of a marinara sauce. THANKS PAULA! You came through again!

I made this recipe tonight for the first time for my grandchildren. It was so easy to make, and they could not get enough of it. I plan on making it again this week, since my hubby loved the smell as it was cooking. We went out tonight, so he actually did not get a chance to taste it. There was none left when we came home. This recipe is a definate keeper.

Being a student, sometimes it's hard to find time to cook and make something really good without spending so much on ingredients. Very yummy and I saved time to study. :

These were great. I ran out of breadcrumbs and substituted panko in the breading and it worked out fantastic. These will be a new addition to the regular rotation. Thanks Paula for a great, quick recipe.
