As some of the reviewers stated they aren't crispy, but I don't think that takes anything away from them at all. They are so moist and have wonderful flavor. I served them with marinara sauce, but they really don't need anything with them, they are delicious just the way they are!

I was very pleased with how these chicken sticks turned out. The smaller strips browned up better than the larger strips and were tender with a crispy coating. I will make these again since my finicky child liked them very much. I thought they were a little spicy, but as long as no one else thought so, I was thrilled. They were devoured pretty quickly. I served them with hot marinara sauce and a simple salad. Nice family dinner. Next time I will be sure to have thinner strips and go easy on the butter coating (I drenched them in the butter.

Ours came out a little too salty, also, you might want to use the powdered grated parmesean cheese instead of grated fresh, the little strands tend to get dried out. Not one of our favorite Paula recipes. We still love her though!

All I can say is what a wonderful flavor these chicken sticks have. Especially when dipped in BUTTER first.

I read the reviews before making the recipe and used the following tips: 1 I cut the chicken breasts into small strips, 2 flipped the chicken strips halfway through, and 3 broiled the chicken for a last few minutes. Turned out great!
