    I wasn't sure about this recipe but the family loves potato and I wanted something different. OMG this is the best potato I have had in a long time. JUST TRY IT :o

    I have never made anything of Paula's. This was a first. It was the best baked potato I've ever eatedn. Kudos!!

    I made it exactly to recipe, and my wife and I loved it. Then I started sopping it up with pumpernickel bread... even better. Than, this morning I used the leftover sauce on fried eggs on pumpernickel toast. This is an amazing and easy recipe.

    I can't even put into words how good this is. It is sinful though, so I make it only as a special treat now and then, but it doesn't need any sides - this is an entree by itself! Don't miss out on this awesome dish.

    My brother came across this recipe and he loves it. He hated mushrooms as a kid but has learned they can be your friend! He loves to cook hearty meals and this reminds him of the Jaeger Schnitzel he ate in Germany once. He's served it over baked potatoes, but also boneless lightly breaded pounded pork or chicken cutlets. It's even good over a thick slice of thick, toasted homemade bread.

    I make this ALL the time. Not only is it great on potatoes but I have also put it on grilled chicken and steak and it is AWESOME!

    OMG, this is absolutely wonderful. Taste is like food you order in a very fancy restaurant. It's my husband's favorite. We put this sauce on steak, chicken, pork......WOW I just can't say enough! I did make a mistake and added sour cream instead of cream, it was too late when I realized it so I added the cream anyways......it's heavenly :
