I made this because of the look on Paula's face when she took a forkfull. I didn't have any peppercorns so I was worried my dish might lack flavor, but it turned out so delicoius! We love it and make it all the time. Try it and you'll love it.

My family loved this recipe. Nice way to dress up a boring old baked potato. The sauce is creamy and rich and if you love mushrooms this is a must-try recipe.

this is wonderful! If you like mushrooms, you'll love this. My hubby and I thought it was good enough to eat without the potato :-. I left out the green peppercorns...cuz, I didn't have any...but, I added a plethora of fresh ground pepper to the cream sauce. Sooo, soooo good! Thank you Paula!!!!!

The tastes are great. I left out the peppercorns. On TV Paula added cornstarch, but the written recipe does not mention this. I couln't get the consistency just right, maybe next time.

Have made this receipe a main course... Have enjoyed many of your dishes, but this is it! Keep forgetting the brandy, but even without it, I can't begin to tell you how much I enjoy this.
