i dont know how authentic this dish is compared to jambalaya in Louisiana but it was really good and quick. i think i can twist it to make it my own style.

This was so quick and easy! I made it for my family on a school night after work. It was very flavorful!

Paula is my Go-To Lady! I use her recipes especially when having friends over for a casual dinner.

When I have friends joining us I do double the amount of shrimp and add 3 small boneless/skinless chicken breast. I also use Turkey Sausage to cut calories/fat. The Jambalaya has just enough heat to please my husband, and its no too hot for the rest of us.

So very easy to make and my family loves it.

    Keep it up Paula babe!

It is very easy and very taste food, but it is very spicy if you use both cayenne pepper and bland pepper. I will suggust to reduce if you can't eat very very spicy.

Very hot the first day though still good. It's even better to have as leftovers.

This is one of the easiest recipes I have ever made. Only thing that I change was I use Chicken instead of Shrimp cause no one in my family are Shrimp eaters. I have passed this recipe on to other family member who also love it. Thank you for great and easy meal for us.
