    I'm crazy in love with this chicken salad! It's so good and definitely different than any other chicken salad I've ever had. Super easy and loved by everyone!!! Extra eggs are good too;

    I think a roasted chicken is better than a boiled one and I left out the egg. Pretty good

    Yes, very tasty...will make again...So happy to see someone else use Crazy Jane Mixed Up Salt...I've been using it for years...love it in almost everything...when my kids were little they wouldn't eat scrambled eggs without it!! Thanks for this recipe...

    I thought this recipe was awful. WAY too salty. I had way higher expectations due to the ratings, but I was not impressed at all.

    Let me say this, this recipe is not bad as written. However, I learned from Ina Garden that roasted chicken is more flavorful than boiled. So when I make this, I either roast my chicken or use a rotisserie chicken. I use green onion or red onion for a milder onion flavor. Also, Creole seasoning is a nice alternative to use intead of Jane's Crazy salt. I gives it a little kick. Lastly, I add a couple of tbsp, of sour cream which imparts a really nice little tang. If you like a pickle taste, add a little pickle relish or chopped gherkin. I am drooling now thinking about this salad made with roasted chicken. Boiling flavors the water and roasting or baking flavors the food. It takes little effort for a very good dish. I am always asked now to bring this dish to parties along with my baked goods.

    This is the best chicken salad recipe...My family and friends love it...Great served on fresh croissants! YUMMY!
