    I made this recipe exactly as given, but found that it needed just a little something extra. So, I added green onion which made it YUMMMMMY!!!

    This was the best chicken salad recipe ever! I would never have come up with adding chopped eggs and chicken broth on my own. But now I will never forget those ingredients!

    I liked the way the pepper (red and green really stood out, but I thought the cheese layers were difficult to spread. This recipe works great with the no boil noodles and adding mushrooms to it added something good too! We enjoyed it.

    I have tried many Chicken Salad recipes in the past and have been very dissapointed. Jamie's Chicken Salad is DELISH! I wouldn't change a thing (and I don't say that very often!

    The recipe was very simply to make with ingrediants in my pantry. The stock added for smoothness really added taste and texture.
