    If you made this cake and it came out crumbly you did something wrong! This cake is so moist and delicious!! When you were making the cake, did you sift the flour? Did you add the eggs one at a time, and alternate the flour and coconut milk? Did you leave the cake in the refrigerator for several days to soak up all the filling? If your cake came out dry or crumbly try it again. This cake is AWESOME!

    I've never baked a cake before, so I didn't really have a baseline for comparison. This cake is incredible! Not my opinion, rather my wife's, in-law's, and brother-in-law. They all agreed that this is the best coconut cake they've ever tasted. Easy and fun to make. Paula, your inspiring, thanks!

    My daughter and I made this cake for her 21st birthday. The cake and the icing is fantastic. I will it is on our favorite foods lists!

    This cake is so easy to make, yet mine is always dry. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong, but other than that it is really really good.

    I made this for my sewing group, and everyone absolutely loved it! Even my husband, whose favorite dessert is a Hot Fudge Sundae love it! I love Paula Deen's recipes in general, but this one takes the cake!

    Paula reminds me of my granny and her southern cooking! Everyone in my family shares one common intrest in deserts and that's coconut! Anything with coconut in it we love it! This looked so good on TV I cannot wait to make it myself!
