Fabulous recipe, have made it twice with lemons, then tried it with oranges. Not as flavorful, but will next try limes for a variety, but loved the lemon flavor. Don't know why other reviewers didn't like it!!!

I was a bit skeptical when I made this, but I'm so glad I did! It's wonderful, whether you're on a low fat diet or not. As for the reviewer who found the cheesecake "not creamy," they probably overbaked it. The lemon curd was great too, much better than the jarred stuff at the grocery. I didn't find it to be "eggy" at all, as one reviewer stated. Maybe they tried to cook it too quickly?

This was my first time cooking cheesecake and even though it was fat free, it was fabulous! The texture was perfect. I followed the directions exactly and it turned out right. I may cut the splenda back by 1/2 a cup to cut a little of the sweetness. The lemon curd was great too! I can't wait to make it again. Thanks Paula!

My husband loves cheescake , so I experiment with different recipes . I like the idea that this one is fat free . Considering that it was not overindulgant with the calories the flavor was adequate . However , this recipe did not have a creamy texture that is so important with a cheesecake .
