I saw this recipe on Paul's Home Cooking i few months ago and made it for my family. everyone loved it, my cousin ( who doesn't usually like deserts that much even got a second peice. I just recently made it again for a funeral (he family of the one who died and iv been getting compliments on it every since! both times i didnt use the "fat free" ingredants, so it was probibly even better !

The first one I made I took to a party and everyone loved it. This was my first attempt at zesting a lemon. It wasn't as bad as I expected. I used 1/3 less fat cream cheese and reduced fat sour cream. I also added a little more lemon juice to the cheesecake recipe just so I could taste the lemon in the batter. I will definitely make this again!

Call it lemon refrigerator dessert...but it's not really cheesecake. The texture is strange...very soft and almost gooey. And, all that lemon is just to hide the taste (read tastelessness of the fat-free products. Thanks, but no thanks...I won't make it again. I'll save up my caloric intake for the Real Deal!

This cheesecake became my favorite immediately. Very thick and rich and creamy. I added a little white chocolate once and gave it a little twist. But it was't necessary.

I made this for Mother's Day, and my entire family loved it. The recipe was easy to make, tasted fabulous, and was gone in no time. My family loved the super lemony taste. I added a blackberry sauce (blackberries, water, and Splenda for added tang and color.

EASY TO MAKE, EASY TO EAT! i tried making the cheesecake with stawberry topping,it was excellent. A family Favorite!
