This mousse doesn't taste like key lime at all! I more than tripled the amount of key lime juice AND used key lime zest, and white chocolate was still the predominant flavor. If you're looking for a white chocolate mousse pie with only a hint of key lime flavor, this is for you. I won't be making it again, though.

It seems like cheating to use someone else's recipe and then be elevated to pie goddess, but hey -- Bon appetit! this is a fabulous combination of flavors and textures. do leave out on the counter so it can be cut more easily. yum!!!!

This is a delicious pie. Had me worried with so many steps and not the best at folding. But I did it and it just melts in your mouth. Although there is enough to feed a neighborhood.

Is it cheesecake or pie? Whatever! It's the best dessert I've ever had, and it will feed an entire neighborhood. I won't make it again unless I can get somebody to zest the limes. That took forever. We ate it partially thawed, and refroze the leftovers. You can refreeze as many times as you need to ... it'll taste the same. Perfect for unexpected guests.

Hey, I'm really upset that we can't join Paula's cruise party ... my passport is sitting here expired. Maybe next year!

This was worth all the prep work. Quite possibly the best keylime dessert I have ever had! My friends and family loved it. I will definitely make this again.
