My husband, Carlton said this was good enough to slap your mama for and since no one is better than mom that's darn good. But no kidding aside they were easy to prepare and boy they were great tasting. The grands helped me make them and they are 10,5,4. ...we have a lot of fun cooking together just like I had with both my daughters.. Debbie,Blackville

Wow.. these were great like mini cheesecakes. I used lemon coolers from the girl scouts they worked out well. I had to trim them up a bit, but well worth it. They came out really good. Way to go Paula you are the "Best"

THESE LITTLE TARTS ARE WONDERFUL. I COULDN'T FIND ANY KEY LIME COOKIES IN MY STORES, SO I USED LORNA DOONE SHORTBREAD COOKIES, CRUSHED THEM UP, ADDED A LITTLE BUTTER AND SUGAR TO MAKE LITTLE COOKIE CRUSTS AND PRESSED IT INTO THE BOTTOM OF THE LINERS...THEY TURNED OUT PERFECT. I CAN'T IMAGINE THEM BEING BETTER WITH THE KEY LIME COOKIES.

I have made these for several parties and have had nothing but rave reviews. They whip up fast and easy and taste great. Greased muffin cups are a definite must as they are difficult to remove from pan without liners.

This recipe was easy!! I couldn't wait to make this for my family and friends who love key lime "anything". We all savored these delicate tarts. I did; however, make the key lime cooler cookies from scratch and I topped some tarts with whipped cream and some with a key lime glaze. Great tip to spray baking cups with cooking spray!

I ordered the Key Lime Coolers from Byrd's, along with their Butter Thins.

Both cookies are excellent; I was, however a little disappointed in the condition I received them. When making the tarts, I sprayed the muffin paper-liners quite heavily with Bakers' Joy and still they did not release easily from the tart. Next batch I'll use the foil type -but still spray.

The Tarts were "out of this world". My family who were visiting loved them.

These were delicious and very fast to make. Everyone raved about them. I used mini vanilla wafers as we cannot get the key lime cookies where we live. They worked out great!

I found the recipe easy to make, and the taste is 110% better than any other
Key Lime recipes. You can substitute Splendor for sugar and us Lite Cool Whip for the topping. I'm diabetic so this is great for me.
