Super easy to make!! The first time making this it took way too long with a decently sized chicken breast, the temp in the recipe is way low. I cranked my oven to 425 & cooked for 30-35 min...Perfect! To jazz it up a little I added mushrooms. I definitely would not skip out on adding the white wine, it gives it AWESOME flavor! Serve with some rice or mashed potatoes to go along with the sauce! YUM

I thought this was an excellent and easy recipe. I will admit that I changed it slightly to make it a little healthier. I made my own "soup" from chicken broth and added celery and onions for flavor. I used my own crumbled crusty rolls for the topping and did not add as much butter. I also used cheddar cheese because that is what I had in the house. I thought the proportions of the ingredients were adequate as directed in the recipe.

The chicken was moist and delicious.

Yum! I was expecting it to taste like the old chicken, cream of mushroom soup and stove top stuffing recipe. But it tasted completely different. The wine and swiss cheese make this really good. And to top it off, it was super easy and the whole family loved it. Perfect dinner for a busy night! Will make again and again. Thanks for the recipe!

Fantastic! The wine gives it such a wonderful flavor, it's not your everyday chicken dish.
I have now made this several times and everyone just loves it!

Easy, delicious, will definitely make again. I didn't have white wine so I used red moscato instead, I also used breadcrumbs instead of the stuffing mix. I served it with fettuccine, there was a lot of sauce in the pan with the chicken and it tasted wonderful on the pasta. We had no leftovers but lots of compliments!

WOW!!! So glad I was watching the day Paula made this outstanding dish. Easy to make and absolutely delicious. My family loves it and I have passed the recipe on to my friends and they all agree with me. Recently I made five platters for a potluck dinner at church and got rave reviews! Thank you, Paula.
