this recipe is good, but I think it had too much bread crumbs.I should have used a half a cup.I did use 1/2 cup of wine like the other reviewers suggested,I'm glad I did! I used Robert Mondavie Woodbridge chardonnay wine.and the flavor of it really popped(perfectly yummy the Swiss cheese blended in and i could hardly taste it.But it IS a mild flavored cheese.Over all a good meal!!!

This recipe was just ok. Cream of chicken soup is one of those things that should never be used unless you're sure it won't make the meal taste like cafeteria food. I have a complete aversion to it but thought I'd give it a chance because it looked so good on TV. Its so much better to take the time to create a creamy base that doesn't have that funky processed flavor. Also, many people are posting that they followed the recipe and loved it, but then note that they added mushrooms. montreal seasoning, emeril's essence, etc...That has to be what made the difference. The flavor and texture of the chicken was great, but I agree with most reviewers about the extra salt. Not necessary. Perhaps I should try cream of celery with this recipe if I need a quick alternative. Otherwise, I'll be making my own cream sauce. I think some fresh celery an onion would definitely add some much needed layers of flavor. I am also considering replacing the stuffing mix with bread seasoned bread crumbs.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this recipe! Great taste but the best thing was the prep time.....10 minutes. Good for a mom who has to run out the door to do carpool. I added more stuffing mix. Don't need to salt your chicken. My new favorite chicken recipe! Thanks Paula! xo

I made a few changes to make it more flavorful. First, after seasoning your raw chicken breasts sear them off before adding to the casserole dish (because of this reduce the cooking time by 5 min. Use cream of broccoli and add 1/2 cup of wine, crushed raw garlic and half and half. Use unsalted melted butter when pouring over the stuffing. Turns our great. for an even better casserole use homemade cream of chicken soup or homemade cream of broccoli.

this was fantastic! my 16 month old loved it! it was an easy way to sneak some protein and veggies into his diet. i subbed the wine for chicken stalk, and made my own topping with club crackers, parsley and oregano. will be making this again! but, i suggest going light on the salt. there is alot of salt in the cream of chicken and topping.

I agree this was a really easy and yummy recipe. However, I only gave it four stars due to the fact that it was overly salty. I have a similar recipe that uses sour cream/milk instead of wine and doesn't include the cheese (which I really liked. My other recipe also doesn't use ANY salt and tastes perfectly fine. So my suggestions would be to not add any salt and maybe even "make up" the stuffing as directed on the box, then dropping it on top of the chicken (again, to lower the salt content. We'll definitely be having this one again!

Really easy and yummy recipe! I seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper, dried parsley and dried basil. Baked in the oven for about 10 minutes longer than what recipe calls for. The leftovers are great!

Made this for my sister for her birthday and hit was a hit! Even the kids loved it. I used about a 1/2 cup of wine and the whole box of stuffing. Very tasty and easy!
