this was fantastic! my 16 month old loved it! it was an easy way to sneak some protein and veggies into his diet. i subbed the wine for chicken stalk, and made my own topping with club crackers, parsley and oregano. will be making this again! but, i suggest going light on the salt. there is alot of salt in the cream of chicken and topping.

I agree this was a really easy and yummy recipe. However, I only gave it four stars due to the fact that it was overly salty. I have a similar recipe that uses sour cream/milk instead of wine and doesn't include the cheese (which I really liked. My other recipe also doesn't use ANY salt and tastes perfectly fine. So my suggestions would be to not add any salt and maybe even "make up" the stuffing as directed on the box, then dropping it on top of the chicken (again, to lower the salt content. We'll definitely be having this one again!

Really easy and yummy recipe! I seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper, dried parsley and dried basil. Baked in the oven for about 10 minutes longer than what recipe calls for. The leftovers are great!

Made this for my sister for her birthday and hit was a hit! Even the kids loved it. I used about a 1/2 cup of wine and the whole box of stuffing. Very tasty and easy!

I made this last night. I put salt pepper basil & a little chicken rub on the chicken after reading reviews. Used fresh parsley mushrooms & 2 cloves of garlic chopped up and put the mixture over the cheese/soup wine mixture then added the stuffing. The sauce was delicious but I agree the middle of the chicken was dry. After cutting off a couple pieces I decided to shred up the chicken into small pieces and mix it into all of the "slop" I had on my plate and it was soooo yummy.
Next time I make this I will cook the chicken then cut it all up on my plate & put the stuffing/sauce over the chicken...it makes every bite taste yummy.
