So easy & so good! Didn't change a thing. Served it with Ina's Spinach Gratin for a complete meal. The boyfriend gobbled it up!

I don't know what went wrong for the folks that said this turned out bland. Mine was great! I used a little of Emeril's Essence to season then chicken. I put fresh mushrooms on the chicken under the swiss. I added a pinch of Essence to the liquid. I skipped adding and salt or pepper added a little extra stuffing for a bit of extra crunch. I took the leftovers to work the next day for lunch. I only got a bite while my co-workers devoured it. Super easy and tasty. Can't beat that combo.

The next time I make this I am going to try it on top of rice like someone suggested but I made this on Christmas Day with mashed potatoes, stuffing and cranberry sauce. It was better than a turkey dinner. Everyone loved it. The only thing I tweaked was extra stuffing crumbs and extra white wine.

For someone who never cooks, this recipe was extremely easy to follow. I made this for my boyfriend and we both absolutely loved it! I will definitely make this again.

Excellent!!! I used chicken stock instead of wine and the entire family loved the dish.

I make this at least once a week.
It is my go to easy and tasty meal for my wife and I.
I only use two large chicken breasts, but that mean more sauce for us.
I also use 1 1/2 cups of crushed stuffing.

    It always comes out amazing
